Conference Proceedings
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted full papers will be published in the IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-1736-4) in the format of Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

(1) Papers submitted to the conference should be in English and follow the manuscript template. If you need translation and retouching services, please contact the conference secretary.
(2) The conference will recommend a variety of publication types, including conference proceedings (EI), SCI journals. If you need translation and proofreading/editing services, please contact the conference secretary. Scholars are requested to strictly abide by academic norms and ethics, and not to publish repeatedly or submit more than one manuscript.
